The last name Campbell is very Scottish, and means "Crooked Mouth" in Gaelic. My grandmother on my dad's side is from Uruguay and you would think that our we would have more Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese derived names by influence of my grandmother. But our names were picked out of a name book rather than through family value.
